Members of Tampa Bay REACT are required to complete training based on NIMS (National Incident Management System) and ICS (Incident Command System) online classes and certifications. These basics allow our members to interface and interact seamlessly with our partner agencies such as Greater Tampa CERT, Tampa Fire Rescue, City of Tampa Emergency Managment and Hillsborough County ARES/RACES.

The three basic courses that all members of Tampa Bay REACT are required to obtain are the following:
