Tampa Bay REACT, Inc. employs a Internal Certification Matrix that allows us to type a member into a resource category based on experience and training. Resource Typing allows Tampa Bay REACT to assign the correct type of resources to a task in the event of an emergency to ensure that our partners are receiving the highest level of response available for the task that we have been assigned.
